I support the full range of human resources function to Elkay’s operations in Asia, including support the plumbing team in Shanghai and Shenzhen, commercial team in Shanghai office and Zhu Hai plant, and the interior systems in Hong Kong and Guangzhou offices.

What do find the most personally rewarding about working at EIS?

My role gives me many opportunities to know and meet with many different employees of Elkay in their each regions, they help me understand the diversified culture and experience how globally EIS now grows.

What was your first car?
A:
I bought my first car (a German VW Santana) on a very hot day in July. Driving home, I pressed the fan button to cool the car, but found myself getting hotter and sweating. I thought I was going crazy until I saw another button that said, ‘Air Conditioning’.
